  • Check-in management

Athletes confirm attendance on event day — via a link, QR code, or organiser-managed list. Withdraw no-shows automatically before the draw.

  • Match notifications

Automatic alerts to athletes and coaches when their match is approaching — by push notification or SMS. Reduces delays and missed calls on event day.

  • Pool stages + elimination

Run group-stage pools first, then advance top finishers into a knockout bracket. Common in wrestling, BJJ, and round-robin-heavy formats.

  • Swiss format

Pair athletes by current standings each round — no eliminations, everyone plays the same number of matches. Well suited for chess, card games, and some combat sports.

  • Tournament series and ranking

Link multiple events into a season. Athletes accumulate ranking points across events, and a live standings table updates automatically after each tournament.

  • Embed widget

A one-line embed code to display your live bracket on any external website — federation sites, club pages, or event landing pages.

  • Result reporting by participants

Let athletes or coaches submit match results directly. The organiser reviews and confirms before the bracket advances.

  • Custom tournament branding

Add your club or federation logo and accent colour to the public bracket page — so it looks like your event, not a generic tool.

  • Budget planning tool

Calculate event costs, set a target breakeven, and work out the entry fee per participant. A financial companion to the bracket calculator.

  • AI event copywriting

Generate press releases, participant info emails, and social media posts for your event in seconds. Fill in your event details and get a ready-to-edit draft. Available as a token-based add-on — buy credits and use them when you need them.

  • Team events

Team-based bracket formats where clubs or groups compete as a unit, not just individual athletes.

  • REST API

Programmatic access to your events, brackets and results. Intended for paid users and federation integrations.
